Vittoria Suite is a lovely apartment located in an independent villa in Vittoria Apuana (an area of Forte dei Marmi), along the Versilia coast, just 700 m from the sea.
In addition to Vittoria Suite, the villa also includes another apartment, Apuana Suite (also for 5 people). Both apartments have an independent entrance.
Vittoria Suite boasts a private garden with lawn, and a covered patio equipped with dining table, ideal for alfresco lunches/dinners.
You can park your car outside, along the street.

Internal Description

Vittoria Suite is located on the ground floor of the villa, spread over one level, and can accommodate up to 5 people. It consists of: a veranda furnished with a wooden dining table for 6 people; a living room with single sofa bed, armchairs and tv; a modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven and fridge; 1 bathroom with bathtub.
The sleeping area includes 2 bedrooms, both with wardrobe: 1 double with double windows; 1 with two single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Some fans are available. Pets are allowed.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity).

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (280.00€). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300,00€ security deposit by credit card, which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.

Vittoria Suite is located in Vittoria Apuana, an area of the renowned seaside resort of Forte dei Marmi, along the Versilia coast. The surrounding area is very quiet and green, and the apartment is only 700 m from the beach, and 3 km from the center of Forte dei Marmi with its shops and high-fashion boutiques (Gucci, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana etc...).
The several Versilia seaside resorts (such as those at Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio and Marina di Pietrasanta) offer a wide range of services for tourists.
Lucca (the walled city "of a hundred churches") and Pisa (with its “Leaning Tower”, known all over the world) are only half an hour away by car.
