External Description
Villa Leonard is nestled in the countryside of Vinci, specifically in the hamlet of Anchiano, just 150 m from Leonardo da Vinci’s birthplace, now a museum open to visitors.
The property boasts a well-maintained private garden with lawn and a stunning view over Leonardo’s house and the rolling Tuscan hills, a landscape that truly captivates the eye.
Under the large gazebo, there are two wrought-iron sofas, a barbecue, chairs, and a dining table for 6 people, ideal for enjoying alfresco meals.
The villa also boasts a private pool in the style of "an old washhouse" (5.7 x 2.5 m - depth 1.2 m) with relaxing hydromassage jets, perfect for unwinding in total privacy. The pool is open from April 1st to November 1st, and is equipped with a parasol and sun loungers.
Guests also have access to a private outdoor parking area for 2 cars.
Internal Description
Villa Leonard is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with shower. Upon request, 1 baby cot (at an additional cost) and 1 high chair (free of charge) are available. Pets are allowed upon request.
Ground Floor: You are welcomed by an elegant and spacious living room, finely furnished with sofas, armchairs, tv, and a large bookshelf with several books in various languages about the life of the Tuscan Genius. Continuing, you will find a bright dining room with large windows overlooking the garden, and a fully equipped kitchen with: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, microwave, and coffee machine.
This floor also includes a guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine.
First Floor: The first floor is accessed via the old stone staircase, which has been finely restored. Here, you will find the sleeping area divided as follows: a double bedroom (bed dimensions: 185 x 200 cm) with a wonderful view of Leonardo's birthplace, and an ensuite bathroom with shower; a twin bedroom (bed dimensions: 130 x 200 cm each, with the possibility of joining them to create a King-size double bed of 260 x 200 cm) with an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions
Included in the price: Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance; electricity included up to 30 Kwh per day.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (150.00€); electricity exceeding 30 Kwh per day (0.40€ per Kwh); baby cot on request (50.00€); late arrival on request (50.00€); extra single bed (200.00€ for the entire stay). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 400.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

The village is home to the Leonardian Museum, which offers an extensive collection of models of the machines designed by Leonardo, allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in the genius of the Renaissance.
In the surrounding area, we recommend visiting San Miniato (famous for its white truffle and medieval historic center) and Montelupo Fiorentino (renowned for its tradition of artistic ceramics).
Finally, from the villa, you can easily reach other famous Tuscan cultural destinations such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, and the Chianti region.
