External Description

Villa Senese is a splendid villa located in the hills above Siena, surrounded by a well-kept and illuminated garden, with fence and hedge.
The outdoor spaces are embellished by a charming swimming pool (6 x 12 m) with sunbeds and deck chairs, and a gazebo with dining table, ideal for alfresco meals.
From the terrace, equipped with a dining table, it is possible to admire a breathtaking view of the Chianti area and the Val d'Orcia.
A private outdoor parking is available.

Internal Description

The villa, set on 3 floors, can sleep up to 10 people, has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (including a toilet).

Basement: In the basement there is a delightful spa, equipped with: sauna, Jacuzzi and a chromotherapy shower. The use of the spa is charged by consumption.

Ground floor: A bright living area welcomes us, furnished with sofa, dining table and TV. From here a door allows access to the spa. Following you will find a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
Then is a sleeping area divided as follows: 3 bedrooms with double beds, all with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and wardrobe.

First floor: On the first floor, reachable via a wooden staircase with handrail, there are 2 other bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom (with shower).
A guest bathroom completes the floor.
If necessary, 3 of the 5 bedrooms can be transformed into twin bedrooms (with two single beds each).

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, electricity and gas); Internet Wifi; final cleaning; house garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Heating according to consumption; air conditioning according to consumption; use of the spa chearged by consumption. Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00 € security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.
