External Description

Villa Roberto is located amongst the hills and vineyards of the Marche region, close to both Macerata and the Adriatic coast.
Surrounded by a large garden with lawn and dining table for 10-12 people, the property boasts a heated pool (10 x 5 m, open from the end of April to the end of September), equipped with gazebo, deck chairs and sun loungers.
Next to the pool there is an annex which houses a small gym (free for guests), and a laundry. Outside the annex you will find a shower, a toilet, a barbecue and a wood-burning oven, perfect to cook tasty pizzas with friends.
On the first floor of the villa is also a lovely terrace with parasol and lounge area, ideal for relaxing while admiring the Marche countryside.
Moreover, at guests' disposal a private parking for 4 cars.

Internal Description

Furnished in a modern-Mediterranean style (with natural materials and warm colors), Villa Roberto is spread over 2 floors. It can accommodate up to 10 people, has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is a solar panel system on the roof of the property. Internet Wifi is included.
Upon request and subject to availability, it is possible to add a baby bed (for babies up to 2 years). Pets are not allowed.

Ground floor: You are welcomed by a spacious and bright living area, furnished with: sofa, armchair, tv, and dining table for 8 people. Then there is an island kitchen, equipped with: oven, stove, coffee machine, refrigerator, dishwasher and toaster.
A bathroom with bathtub complete the floor.

First floor: The upper floor houses the sleeping area, consisting of 4 doubles, 1 twin and 3 bathrooms with shower (two of which are ensuite). Following you will find a sitting room with sofa and fireplace, and a second kitchen, provided with stove, oven and dishwasher.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200,00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1,000.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

Villa Roberto is situated amongst the hills and vineyards of the Marche countryside, in front of the lovely village of Monte San Giusto. The primary services (restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy) are just 3-4 km from the property.
The villa is ideally located: in just 15 minutes by car you can reach the sea of ​​Civitanova Marche and the Adriatic coast; at 20 minutes away you will find Macerata (where a very important opera festival takes place every summer at the Sferisterio); in half an hour you will arrive in Ancona, and in 40 minutes at the Regional Park of Monte Conero (with its suggestive cliffs overlooking the sea, several hiking trails, and splendid beaches).
