External Description

Villa la Sorgente is located near Monsummano Terme, halfway between Lucca and Pistoia.
Surrounded by a well-kept garden with lawn, the villa has a wooden pergola equipped with a dining table, sofa and armchairs, perfect for relaxing moments while reading a good book or sipping a glass of wine.
The outdoor areas are embellished by a delightful L-shaped pool (11 x 7 m), equipped with sun loungers, 2 external showers and a gazebo with lounge area.
At guests' disposal also a barbecue area and a large private parking.

Internal Description

The villa, set on 2 floors and furnished in a modern style, can accommodate up to 13 people for a total of 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

Ground floor: The ground floor offers a bright atmosphere thanks to the skylights, glass doors and light colors such as white, brown and beige. You will find an open space divided into: a dining area, a modern and well equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator with ice maker, oven, microwave), a bar corner and a lounge area with sofa, armchairs and tv.
Still on the same floor is a lovely wellness area, from which you can admire a splendid view of the surrounding countryside. The spa is equipped with: a large heated indoor hydromassage (3.80 x 2.5 m), a sauna (4 m2), a Turkish bath (4 m2), 2 heated relax beds.
There are also 2 changing rooms with wc and showers, and a toilet with a sink that can also be used by handicapped/elderly people.
Following is a double bedroom (also suitable for disabled people) with satellite tv, ensuite bathroom (with shower also suitable for disabled people) and private access to the garden.
Finally there is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

First floor: A staircase leads to the first floor where you will find 3 triple bedrooms (1 double bed + 1 single bed for each) and 1 double bedroom, all with private bathroom (shower) and satellite tv.
Then there is a tv room that can only be reached by a lift from the spa.
Internet Wifi and air conditioning are available in all rooms. Pets are allowed on request (without any extra costs).

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Welcome basket with Prosecco, snacks and other drinks; electricity consumption (up to 300 kw per week); Internet Wifi; linen, bath towels, pool towels; cleaning of the outdoor pool; cots and high chairs.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (€180.00); electricity consumption (over 300 kw per week - €0.40 per kw); use of the spa (€30.00 per hour). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 700,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.

Villa la Sorgente is located in the Tuscan countryside, near Monsummano Terme, halfway between Lucca and Pistoia. The nearest village is Cintolese, 1.5 km away, where you will find some essential services (supermarket, pharmacy, post office, bar, bank and restaurant).
The main cities of art such as Florence, Pisa and Siena are within easy reach as well as the famous seaside resorts of the Versilia coast (such as Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi).
For wellness lovers, we recommend a visit to the nearby Montecatini Terme, renowned throughout the world for its thermal waters.
