The property features contemporary architecture with clean, elegant lines and is surrounded by lush greenery within a private, fully fenced garden, offering guests a peaceful and secluded retreat. Large windows flood the interiors with natural light and frame enchanting views of the gently rolling hills, stretching all the way to the Adriatic Sea.
The true highlight of the villa is its generous outdoor area, designed to make the most of outdoor living throughout the day. At its heart is a private infinity pool (4.50 x 9.50 m, depth 1.40 m), open year-round, offering beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. The pool is complemented by a spacious sun terrace furnished with sun loungers, a parasol and comfortable areas for relaxing, perfect for soaking up the sun, enjoying a refreshing swim or simply taking in the scenery.
For enjoyable moments together, the villa also features covered outdoor areas with a barbecue and dining table, ideal for leisurely lunches and dinners al fresco or for preparing and sharing a delicious barbecue with family and friends.
Upstairs, a panoramic terrace provides another privileged spot from which to admire the landscape and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the surroundings.

Internal description

Villa Eben is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and window screens. The interiors of the villa are furnished in a refined eclectic, classic-contemporary style, giving each room a sophisticated, luxurious and striking character.
Pets are allowed upon request at an additional cost (maximum 1 pet).

Ground floor: The entrance leads into an impressive open-plan living area, featuring sophisticated classic-contemporary design, high ceilings, elegant polished marble flooring and large openings that fill the interiors with an exceptional abundance of natural light.
The living room features two elegant sofas positioned opposite each other, creating a pleasant and welcoming space for relaxing together. Adjacent to it is the bright dining area, centred around a large glass dining table, perfect for enjoying convivial meals.
The kitchen, with its minimalist style and clean lines, combines functionality and design. It is fully equipped with an oven, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and blender, providing everything needed to prepare meals comfortably during your stay.
The sleeping area comprises 3 spacious double bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable King-size bed (180 x 200 cm). One of the bedrooms also features an ensuite bathroom with shower. The remaining rooms are served by an additional bathroom with shower and a guest bathroom.
Completing this floor is a convenient laundry room equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

First floor: The upper floor houses 2 further double bedrooms, both equipped with a King-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and ensuite bathroom (one with shower and the other with shower and bathtub).
This level also provides access to the magnificent, spacious rooftop terrace, offering a privileged vantage point from which to admire the surrounding landscape and enjoy enchanting views of the Adriatic Sea.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Final cleaning; utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden, and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Pets allowed upon request (maximum 1 pet - 30.00€ per day); any extra services upon request. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

Surrounded by lush greenery and the gentle hills of the Piceno region, the villa offers easy access to the beaches of the Adriatic coast while also providing the opportunity to explore the fascinating inland areas of the Marche region.
Just a few minutes away lies San Benedetto del Tronto, with its wide sandy beaches, characteristic palm-lined seafront promenade, harbour and lively town centre. Nearby Acquaviva Picena, on the other hand, preserves all the charm of an ancient medieval village, dominated by its impressive fortress and characterised by picturesque narrow streets and beautiful panoramic views.
Also well worth a visit are Grottammare, with its elegant historic centre perched on the hillside overlooking the sea, Offida, renowned for its historic village and traditional craftsmanship, and Ripatransone, known for its spectacular views over the surrounding hills and the Adriatic Sea.
The surrounding area is also perfect for nature lovers, walking enthusiasts and food and wine aficionados: the Piceno hills are dotted with vineyards, wineries and local farms where visitors can discover the area's traditional products and wines. For a day dedicated to art and culture, Ascoli Piceno, with its magnificent historic centre built in travertine stone and the beautiful Piazza del Popolo, is an unmissable destination.
