Villa Betta is located in the countryside of Città di Castello, in Umbria. Surrounded by a fenced garden with lawn and several plants, the property offers splendid views over the Umbrian landscape.
Among the outdoor spaces you will find: a wood-burning oven, a brick barbecue and a covered patio, equipped with dining table, ideal for having some alfresco meals with friends.
The villa also boasts a spacious parking area (10 uncovered places and 2 covered places), and a beautiful pool (6 x 12 m, depth 1.50 m), open from 1st May to 30th September, depending on the weather conditions.

Internal Description

Villa Betta is spread over 2 floors, can accommodate up to 8 people, has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. A baby bed and a high chair are available free of charge. Pets are allowed on request.

Ground floor: The ground floor consists of an open-space living area, furnished with: sofa, tv, fireplace, a wooden table for 4 people with chairs, another long wooden table for 8-10 people with benches, a kitchen (equipped with fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and microwave).
Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with bunk beds.

First floor: The upper floor, reachable via a staircase, houses the sleeping area, consisting of 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a canopy bed, and is also accessible from the outside through some beautiful stone stairs.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (250.00€); extra cleaning (20.00€/hour); linen change (20.00€ per bed). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

The location of the property is an ideal starting point as it allows you to easily visit the Medieval and Renaissance Tuscan and Umbrian beauties in less than an hour, such as: Cortona, Arezzo, Lake Trasimeno, Assisi, Spello, Perugia and Gubbio.
