Superb villa with dependance and pool, located in the heart of Valdambra, on the border with the Chianti area. It can sleep up to 18+2 people for a total of 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms.

External Description

Villa d'Ambra is located in the municipality of Bucine in Valdambra, surrounded by a well-kept garden with lawn and flowers. It boasts an outdoor dining area, a private parking and a beautiful pool (6 x 12 m), illuminated at night from which you can admire a splendid view of the surrounding valley.
The pool can be heated (on request), and it is equipped with sun beds, parasol, a gazebo with lounge area and outdoor shower.

Internal Description

Villa d'Ambra consists of the main building (spread over 3 floors) and a dependance (set on one floor). It can accommodate up to 18+2 people for a total of 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with tv and private bathroom (shower). The rooms are characterized by antique terracotta floors, ceilings with exposed beams, antique furniture and pieces of modern design. Available Internet Wifi and loor heating/cooling system throughout the villa. Pets are allowed on request.

Main building: On the ground floor you will find a large living room with fireplace, central arch, tv and ceiling with exposed beams. Following is a dining room for 20 people and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the mezzanine floor there are a laundry room and 2 double bedrooms (one of which has access to the outside of the villa) with private bathroom (shower).
On the top floor there are 3 other double bedrooms and 2 triple bedrooms (1 canopy bed + 1 single bed), all with private bathroom (shower). Of these rooms, 2 have private access to the garden and some of them can be transformed into twin bedrooms on request.

Dependance: Next to the main building is the dependance which offers 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom (shower). Also in the dependance there is a wellness area, designed with ceilings with wooden beams and large windows to enjoy the view. The wellness area is equipped with a large Jacuzzi for 6 people, ideal for spending some sweet moments of relax.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Welcome basket; Jacuzzi (for 4-5 people); floor cooling system; final cleaning; daily cleaning (2 hours with 2 maids – except on Sundays); gardener; daily rubbish service (except on Sundays); set of bath towels (large, medium and small for each guest, plus bath mat); pool towel (one per person).

Excluded from the price: Heating (700,00€ per week); pool heating (700.00€ per week – it can be reached up to 25-27 °). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay xxx security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.

Villa d'Ambra is located in the municipality of Bucine, in the heart of Valdambra, one of the most beautiful valleys of Tuscany, placed on the natural boundary with the mountains of Southern Chianti, in a strategic location, right in the centre of the triangle formed by the cities of Arezzo, Florence and Siena.
The nearest village is Ambra (8 km) where you can find restaurants, groceries and some shops.
The proximity to the Chianti Classico - known worldwide for the prestigious wine – allows you to visit its charming villages such as Gaiole, Radda and Castellina.
Siena and its enchanting countryside (Monteriggioni, Montepulciano and San Gimignano) are also worth visiting and admiring.
