Description

Suite il Corno is a lovely private house located in the tourist resort of Vidiciatico, near the ski resort of Corno alle Scale. Recently renovated, the house is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 5 people, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. A baby cot and a high chair are available on request. Pets are allowed on request.

On the ground floor you will be welcomed by an open space living area, furnished with: sofa, tv, dining table, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with: induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster.
The first floor houses the sleeping area with 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and a bathroom with shower.
In the attic you will find a spacious room (with armchair-bed and desk) and a toilet.
Outside along the road you can park your car (freely or with a fee).
Please note that it is possible to organize some "snowshoeing" with an Alpine guide during the winter months and trekking excursions during the summer months.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (100.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

Places to visit

Suite il Corno is located in the small tourist village of Vidiciatico, in the province of Bologna, near the “Corno alle Scale” ski resort on the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.
The area offers many activities during both winter and summer. From the property the ski slopes can be easily reached in 15 minutes by car or using the bus service. There are several well-kept trails of various difficulties, ideal for trekking and cross country in summer months.
The ski lifts are also open in August, while the refuges are open throughout the winter, at Easter and throughout the summer.
In Vidiciatico you will find some pizzerias, pubs and restaurants where you can taste the typical Emilian cuisine. Furthermore, in the village there are many fountains and waterfalls, and you can swim in the small rivers.
Lastly, during summer guests can enjoy seeing movies at the cinema or swimming in a large pool, fed by spring water.
