The property is surrounded by a spacious private garden, where lush green lawns alternate with centuries-old olive and oak trees, creating an atmosphere of perfect harmony with nature.
The large panoramic terrace, equipped with sun loungers, offers breathtaking views of the hills around Urbino, a true spectacle of greenery stretching as far as the eye can see.
The outdoor spaces are further enhanced by an elegant shaded patio, ideal for alfresco lunches and aperitifs, featuring a dining table, a comfortable lounge area with sofa and armchairs, large umbrellas, and a barbecue perfect for hosting memorable outdoor gatherings.
The villa’s true jewel is the stunning infinity pool (5 x 3 m, depth 1 m), open all year round, with a hydromassage area and an outdoor shower. Overlooking the Marche hills, it offers views that reach all the way to Pesaro, making it the perfect spot to enjoy unforgettable sunsets in complete relaxation.
To complete the villa’s comfort, a convenient private parking area with space for five cars ensures practicality and security for guests.

Villa Canarecchia is set over 2 floors and can sleep up to 8 guests. It features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The property can host up to 2 additional guests for a small extra fee.
Internet Wifi is included. Each bedroom is equipped with a portable fan and mosquito screens on the windows. One baby cot is available upon request. Pets are not allowed.
The villa stands out for its charming architecture, with exposed wooden beams, terracotta floor tiles, partially stone walls and a large panoramic window. The interiors, furnished in an elegant rustic style, offer spacious, bright and welcoming rooms.
Ground floor: The ground floor of the villa is entirely dedicated to the living area. Here you will find an elegant living room with a sofa and a decorative fireplace, a charming feature that helps create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The space is enhanced by contemporary furnishings, design pieces and original artworks by the artist Duccio Ducci, giving the house a distinctive and refined character.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything needed to comfortably prepare and enjoy meals: stove, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and a full set of tableware.
Adding to the charm of this part of the villa is the large panoramic window, which creates a natural connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Natural light fills the rooms while the view opens onto the gentle surrounding hills – the perfect place to relax, read a good book or simply enjoy the landscape.
The floor is completed by a convenient guest bathroom.
First floor: The upper level welcomes guests with a second living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa and an antique stove that contributes to an intimate and cosy atmosphere. The combination of stone and wood, together with the warm tones of the furnishings, makes this space particularly inviting and charming.
From here you access the sleeping area, which consists of 4 bedrooms arranged as follows:
- one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower;
- one double bedroom with a private bathroom located outside the room, also with shower;
- one double bedroom;
- a versatile bedroom that can be prepared with two single beds or, upon request, with one double bed.
The floor is completed by an additional bathroom with shower serving the bedrooms.

Prices and conditions
Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€); option to add up to 2 extra guests (40.00€ per person per night). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

Villa Canarecchia is set among the gentle hills of the Montefeltro area, in one of the most picturesque landscapes of the Marche hinterland. This region, renowned for its extraordinary natural beauty and rich historical and cultural heritage, stretches between the province of Pesaro and Urbino and the first hills rising toward the Apennines, creating a harmonious mosaic of Medieval villages, castles, cultivated countryside and wide-open views that, on clear days, reach all the way to the Adriatic Sea.
A short distance away lies the beautiful city of Urbino, a symbol of the Italian Renaissance and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous for its magnificent historic centre, the impressive Ducal Palace, and the lively atmosphere created by its historic university. Heading toward the coast, you can easily reach Pesaro, an elegant seaside city on the Adriatic and the birthplace of the great composer Gioachino Rossini. Every summer the city hosts the prestigious Rossini Opera Festival, attracting music lovers from all over the world.
The villa’s location also allows guests to reach the charming Republic of San Marino in a short time. One of the oldest republics in the world, it is perched on Mount Titano and is renowned for its Medieval towers and spectacular panoramic views over the surrounding countryside.
Nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate the nearby Monte San Bartolo Natural Park, a protected coastal area overlooking the sea where trails through cliffs, woods and Mediterranean vegetation offer breathtaking views of the Adriatic coast. Throughout the surrounding area there are numerous scenic routes and paths ideal for trekking, cycling and excursions, all immersed in an authentic and captivating landscape.
In less than half an hour you can also reach the Adriatic coast, with the beaches of Pesaro, Cattolica and Gabicce, perfect for combining relaxing days by the sea with the peaceful charm of the rolling countryside.
