Description

Residenza Valentina is a lovely apartment located on the 1st floor (without lift) of a building in Torre del Lago Puccini, along the Versilia coast, just 2 km from the beach.
The apartment is spread over 2 levels and is equipped with Internet Wifi and a private parking space inside the condominium courtyard with automatic gate. Another car can be parked for free along the street. Small pets are allowed on request.

Residenza Valentina is made up of a welcoming open space living area, furnished with: sofa, tv, dining table for 4-6 people, and kitchen (with electric oven, stove, fridge, freezer, and coffee machine). From the living room you can directly access the terrace with deck chairs.
Following is a bathroom (with bathtub/shower and washing machine) and a triple bedroom (with a double bed, a single bed, wardrobe, desk and direct access to the terrace).
From the living area, by climbing a spiral staircase, you can reach the upper level of the apartment where there is a twin bedroom with small wardrobe and roof window.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (120.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.

Residenza Valentina is located in the seaside resort of Torre del Lago Puccini, along the Versilia coast, just 2 km from the sea, in a very quiet area, well served by shops (bar, pizzeria, bike rental) and supermarket.
The several Versilia seaside resorts (such as those at Torre del Lago Puccini, Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore, Forte dei Marmi and Marina di Pietrasanta) offer a wide range of services for tourists.
Just 25 minutes by car and you can reach the fascinating Versiliana Park, a natural oasis with 80 hectares of centuries-old wood, varied fauna and vegetation. Every summer the park hosts the historic “La Versiliana Festival”, a cultural event that includes a rich calendar: from music to book presentations, from theatre to dance.
Lucca (the walled city "of a hundred churches") and Pisa (with its “Leaning Tower”, known all over the world) are only half an hour away by car.
