External Description

Villa degli Artisti is nestled in the Umbrian countryside, just 10 km from Todi. It boasts a private garden with lawn, wooden gazebo with table, and uncovered parking for 4 cars. From the garden you can admire a wonderful view of the hilly landscape.
The outdoor spaces are enhanced by a beautiful pool (5 x 10 m, depth 140 cm), open from May to September, and equipped with sun loungers, parasol, external shower, and breakfast table.
The villa also has a large covered patio, provided with a large dining table and barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals while enjoying the surrounding panorama.

Internal Description

Villa degli Artisti is spread over 3 levels and can accommodate up to 8 people, has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Each bedroom has a fan. A baby cot is available upon request. Pets are allowed on request.

Ground floor: The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a bathroom with bathtub/shower.

Mezzanine floor: On the mezzanine you will find a double bedroom.

First floor: On the top floor you are welcomed by a spacious and bright living area, expertly furnished with: sofa, armchairs, fireplace, tv, dining table, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with: oven, stove, toaster, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave.
Still on this floor there is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub/shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€); heating according to consumption during winter months; extra cleaning (20.00€ per hour); extra linen change (20.00€ per person). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

Villa degli Artisti is located in the magnificent Umbrian countryside, just 10 km from the center of Todi. Known for being "the most livable city in the world", Todi is a Medieval city of unique beauty and elegance, located on top of a hill, overlooking the enchanting Tiber Valley.
Todi hosts several events during the year, some of which are of international level, like the Todi Festival, a summer event offering drama performances, musicals, cabaret, concerts, theater shows, cinema, and art.
Furthermore, Todi is located in a central position compared to three other Umbrian cities, such as Perugia (the regional capital), Spoleto, and Orvieto (with its wonderful Cathedral).
For sports lovers, we recommend a day trip to Lake Trasimeno (the fourth largest lake in Italy) where you can practice several activities: sailing, fishing, canoeing, water skiing.
