Terrinca Suite is located in Terrinca, a small village in the province of Stazzema (Upper Versilia area).
Once crossed the small gate on the street, you can enter a private courtyard which is just in front of the property. The house is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 4 people, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Internet is included. Pets are not allowed.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Going up a flight of stairs you can reach the first floor where you will find a cozy living area with a dining table for 6 people, a fireplace and a kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster and refrigerator.
The top floor houses a double bedroom with tv and double windows, and a bathroom with bathtub/shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (140.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (120,00€) is also requested at check-in (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.

Places to visit

Terrinca Suite is located in Terrinca, a small village in the province of Stazzema (Upper Versilia), nestled at the foot of Mount Corchia, at an altitude of 500 meters. (a.s.l.). Historically Terrinca is the oldest village of Versilia, its first written records date back to 766 AD, at the time of the Lombard domination in Italy.
In Terrinca you will find a restaurant, a small bar and a grocery shop while in Seravezza (12 km) there is a supermarket.
Just in 10 minutes from the property you can visit the Antro del Corchia Tourist Cave, a vast complex of tunnels, wells and natural rooms excavated by water during millions of years in the marble heart of the Corchia Mountain.
The Apuan Alps (with its several trekking trails) and Arni (with its swhite marble quarries) are only 15 minutes away by car. In half an hour you can reach the Garfagnana area with its Medieval villages, imposing fortresses, ancient churches, spectacular caves and nature reserves.
Forte dei Marmi with its seaside resorts is only 30 minutes away by car.
