Villa Monterini is nestled in the enchanting Tuscan hills near Pontassieve, surrounded by a vast 46-hectare private estate featuring vineyards, olive groves and picturesque views of the surrounding countryside.
The estate combines the elegance of a stately manor house with classic, refined interiors and the authentic charm of two historic stone buildings that reflect the area's rural heritage.
The spacious outdoor areas and refined atmosphere make the property an ideal setting for weddings, receptions, and private or corporate events. During their stay, guests can also enjoy a breakfast service, available at an additional cost, for a comfortable and relaxing start to the day.
At the heart of the estate lies a charming stone-paved courtyard, a striking setting designed to host outdoor banquets and celebrations. Long wooden imperial tables and suspended string lights create a romantic, convivial atmosphere, perfect for dinner under the stars, a welcome cocktail or a wedding cake-cutting ceremony.
To complement special occasions with traditional flavours, guests can also enjoy a covered stone barbecue area featuring an antique wood-fired oven, ideal for preparing pizzas and grilled dishes and offering an authentic Tuscan culinary experience.
The large private pool (14 × 7 m, maximum depth 1.60 m) is set in a beautifully maintained lawn and surrounded by lush vegetation, ensuring privacy. Open from 1 May to 15 October, it is complemented by a spacious light-stone sunbathing area equipped with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. The beautiful views of the surrounding countryside provide a stunning backdrop for relaxing, enjoying elegant poolside aperitifs or capturing memorable photographs.
A large private parking area completes the property, offering ample space for numerous vehicles and ensuring convenience for guests attending events or staying at the estate.

Villa Monterini is part of a charming Tuscan hamlet comprising a main villa and two historic stone buildings, carefully restored to offer a stay that combines modern comforts with the timeless charm of local tradition. The entire property can accommodate up to 41 guests and features 13 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, making it ideal for large families and groups wishing to enjoy a holiday together without sacrificing their privacy.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and window screens. One cot and one high chair are available upon request. Pets are not allowed.

Main villa: The ground floor features an elegant central living room, shared by all guests, furnished with sofas, an armchair, a TV and a large stone fireplace that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Several additional sitting areas, ideal for relaxing, and a fully equipped kitchen complete the communal spaces.
The upper floor houses seven accommodation units, tastefully furnished with a harmonious blend of period details and modern lines, creating a refined and understated style. Specifically:

- Quercia suite (4 guests): comprises a double bedroom, a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and a separate living room with a double sofa bed.

- Lavanda, Camelia and Verbena bedrooms (2 guests each): three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom equipped with a shower.

- Mimosa and Margherita superior bedrooms (4 guests each): each features a double bed, a double sofa bed and a private bathroom with a shower.

- Papavero superior bedroom (6 guests): features a double bed and a single bed in the sleeping area, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a separate living room with a double sofa bed and an additional single bed.

Stone buildings: Three independent apartments have been created within the two historic stone buildings. All are located on the ground floor and feature a kitchen, dining room, separate living room, bedrooms and bathroom. The buildings retain charming original architectural features and period furnishings, creating interiors full of authentic character and timeless appeal. Specifically:

- Massimiliano apartment (8 guests): features three double bedrooms, a separate living room with a double sofa bed, a dining room, a kitchen and three bathrooms (two with showers and one with both a shower and a hot tub).

- Alexandra apartment (4 guests): comprises a double bedroom, a separate living room with a double sofa bed, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.

-Monica apartment (5 guests): consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed and the other with a double bed, as well as a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and two bathrooms with showers.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Final cleaning; utilities (water, gas and electricity); house, garden and pool maintenance; use of the indoor hot tubs.

Excluded from the price: Continental breakfast (sweet and savoury - 15,00€ per person, per breakfast, to be booked before check-in); extra linen change (500,00€ for the entire villa); lunches and dinners available upon request. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
