External Description

Villa Asciola is a large 18h-century villa located on the Tuscan hills, in the province of Pisa.
Surrounded by a 4000 sqm park with lawn and pine wood, the villa offers an outdoor dining area with a large parasol, sheltered from the sun.
There are also two swimming pools, one next to the other, both nestled in the greenery and equipped with sun beds, deck chairs and parasols: the first one is large (18 x 9 m) and the second one is small, suitable for children (6 x 6 m).
At guests' disposal also a ping-pong table, a private parking and a laundry area located in an external building.

Internal Description

Furnished in a clever mix of elegant and rustic style, Villa Asciola is laid out on 3 floors and can sleep up to 22 people for a total of 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.

Ground floor: On the ground floor there are 2 lounge rooms (with sofa, armchairs, fireplace, stereo and TV) and 2 dining rooms. There is a kitchen equipped with stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and American coffee machine. From the kitchen you can access outside.
A bathroom with shower completes the floor.

First floor: The upper floor consists of: a twin bedroom with access to the panoramic terrace, and ensuite bathroom with tub and shower; a double bedroom with access to the terrace, and ensuite bathroom with shower; three double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom.

Second floor: On the top floor there are: two triple bedrooms with double bed, single bed and ensuite bathroom; three double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. These five bedrooms have air conditioning (on request).

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Internet Wifi; linen, bath towels, pool towels; cot and high chair; welcome basket (wine, water, fruit or cake); wood (on request).

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (€400.00); extra bed on request (€125.00 per week);
maid service on request (€12.00 per hour); heating on request (€1.50 per m3); air conditioning on request (€0.50 per kWh); pets on request (€50.00 per animal per week). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1.000,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.

Places to visit

Villa Asciola is located near Palaia, a small town in the province of Pisa (famous for the quality of its truffles), where all the necessary services (shops, restaurants, and post office) can be found.
Perfect starting point for visiting Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra and also the Apuan Alps. The nearest seaside resort is Marina di Pisa on the Pisan coast.
