Villa Corvino is a charming stone farmhouse with authentic character, nestled in the peaceful Umbrian hills just a few kilometres from San Leo Bastia. Set within a small rural hamlet, the property offers an intimate and timeless atmosphere where nature, silence, and tradition blend in perfect harmony.
Surrounded by a landscape of rare beauty, the villa overlooks picturesque terraces of ancient olive groves, cultivated fields, gentle slopes, and oak woodlands crossed by old paths that invite leisurely walks and moments of quiet contemplation. The private garden, carefully maintained and filled with secluded corners, ensures peace and privacy, offering several shaded areas dedicated to relaxation and social gatherings. Among these, an elegant stone patio sheltered by a vine-covered pergola stands out as the perfect setting for outdoor breakfasts, summer lunches, or dinners under the stars.
Making the stay even more enjoyable is the beautiful private swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth ranging from 1 to 2.40 m), nestled among the olive trees and open from June to September. Equipped with sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower, it provides a refreshing oasis of comfort and wellbeing from which to enjoy the serenity of the Umbrian countryside.
The outdoor spaces are also designed for those who enjoy open-air cooking: guests can prepare delicious barbecues using the wood- or charcoal-fired grill area and try their hand at making pizzas and traditional recipes in the wood-fired oven.
The property also features 2 private outdoor parking spaces, ensuring convenience and practicality throughout your stay.

Internal description

Villa Corvino is spread over 3 floors and can sleep up to 6 guests, offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. All upper-floor windows are fitted with mosquito screens. Upon request, 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available. Pets are allowed upon request.

Ground floor: The ground floor welcomes guests into a spacious open-plan living area with a rustic and authentic character, enhanced by dark wooden beams and solid wood furnishings that recall the tradition of Umbrian country homes. The inviting and convivial space features a large dining room and a kitchen with a peninsula, fully equipped to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. Available to guests: oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetops, coffee machine, toaster, and blender.
Continuing on, there is a cozy living room furnished with a sofa, armchair, and a small desk with a chair, ideal for reading or moments of relaxation.
This level is completed by a bathroom with shower.

First floor: Accessible both via the internal staircase and directly from the garden through a French window, the first floor hosts the main sleeping area. Here you will find 1 comfortable double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with two single beds, designed to offer rest and a relaxing atmosphere.

Second floor: The top level of the house is dedicated to 1 refined double bedroom, a private and intimate space featuring an ensuite bathroom with shower and a practical walk-in wardrobe, designed to provide additional comfort and functionality during your stay.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (250.00€); utilities (water, gas, electricity - 20.00€ per day); extra cleaning (100.00€); extra linen change (50.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
