External Description

Villa Lama is located in the beautiful Umbrian countryside, a few km from Città di Castello.
Dating back to 1700 and completely restored, the property boasts a large, private park with lawn and flowers, an ideal place to relax while enjoying the utmost privacy and tranquility.
Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a dining table with barbecue, and a private pool (12 x 5 m - open from May to September), equipped with deck chairs, parasol, and outdoor shower.
Inside the park there is also a small dependance that houses an equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking meals to eat directly around the pool area.
Lastly, at guests' disposal an outdoor parking area for 5 cars.

Internal Description

Spread over 2 floors, Villa Lama can accommodate up to 10 people, has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Pets are allowed on request.

Ground floor: The ground floor offers several common areas where you can spend time together: two lounges, a private chapel, a billiard room, and an office. Then you will find a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with: dining table for 6 people, fireplace, stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster and coffee machine.
There are also 2 bathrooms available on this floor: a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a toilet.

First floor: The upper floor - reachable by climbing a short staircase - houses the sleeping area, consisting of 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. Then there are 3 bathrooms: one with bathtub and shower, one with shower, and a toilet.
A large living room (with sofas and tv) completes the floor.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Internet Wifi; utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (250.00€); heating during winter months upon reservation (150.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

Villa Lama is situated in the beautiful countryside of San Giustino, an ancient Umbrian town, just 8 km from Città di Castello. Located on the north-western side of Umbria region, San Giustino stretches along the Upper Tiber Valley on the border with nearby Tuscany, and not far from Marche region. In San Giustino we recommend a visit to the Bufalini Castle (built in 1492) which houses exhibitions of important painters such as Perugino, Ghirlandaio, and other leading exponents of Italian Art.
The location of the property is an ideal starting point as it allows you to easily visit the Medieval and Renaissance Tuscan and Umbrian beauties in less than an hour, such as: Arezzo, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, Assisi, Spello, Perugia and Gubbio.
