Description

Suite Ninfa is a welcoming studio apartment, completely renovated and located on the ground floor of a building in Querceta, a small village in the heart of Versilia area.
The studio apartment is equipped with: air conditioning, Internet Wifi, and a small courtyard (not private) with synthetic lawn and breakfast table. Small pets are allowed on request.
Inside Suite Ninfa you will find: a double bed, coat hanger, two windows, a small table for 2 people, tv and a small kitchen (with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, and coffee machine). There is also a bathroom with shower.
Lastly at guests' disposal a washing machine, located under the stairs of the building, on the ground floor. The washing machine is shared with the other studio apartment Suite Romantica.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (100.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (100.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.

Places to visit

Suite Ninfa is located a few steps from the Querceta train station, a small and lovely village in the heart of Versilia area. The distance from the beaches of Forte dei Marmi is approximately 3 km by car.
The location of the studio apartment is excellent as nearby you can find shops, bars, restaurants, and also the cycle path reaching up to Forte dei Marmi.
The several Versilia seaside resorts (such as those at Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio and Marina di Pietrasanta) offer a wide range of services for tourists.
Lucca (the walled city "of a hundred churches") and Pisa (with its “Leaning Tower”, known all over the world) are only 40 minutes by car.

Main distances: Forte dei Marmi beach (3 km), Viareggio (21 km), Lucca and Pisa (39 km), Florence (110 km), Siena (174 km).
