Villa degli Ulivi is located in the Pietrasanta countryside, surrounded by greenery among olive trees and fruit trees, and just 10 minutes' drive from Forte dei Marmi's beach.
Recently renovated, the villa boasts a large private courtyard with panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
Among the outdoor spaces you will find a lounge area, a barbecue, and a white vine pergola with dining table, ideal for alfresco meals.
At guests' disposal also a private parking for 2 cars.

Internal Description

Spread over 2 floors, Villa degli Ulivi can accommodate up to 7 people, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Included Internet Wifi. All rooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets. Pets are allowed on request.

Ground floor: You are welcomed by a lovely living room with double sofa bed and tv. Following is an airy kitchen, equipped with: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, and toaster.
A bathroom with shower completes the floor.

First floor: The upper floor houses the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Then you will find a living room with single sofa bed and tv, a bathroom with shower, and a second kitchen (equipped with electric stove and fridge).

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

The several Versilia seaside resorts (such as those at Marina di Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio) offer a wide range of services for tourists.
Within 20 minutes' drive, you can reach the fascinating Versiliana Park, a natural oasis with 80 hectares of centuries-old wood, varied fauna and vegetation. Every summer the park hosts the historic “La Versiliana Festival”, a cultural event that includes a rich calendar: from music to book presentations, from theatre to dance.
Do not miss Lucca (the walled city "of a hundred churches") and Pisa (with its “Leaning Tower”, known all over the world) which are 45 minutes away by car.
