External Description

Villa Ada is located in the Marche countryside, among centuries-old olive trees and vineyards, and just a few km from the Adriatic Sea.
The property features a private fenced garden with lawn, parking for 4 cars, and a large pergola furnished with sofas and armchairs, ideal for relaxing while sipping a good glass of wine.
Within the garden there is another pergola with a comfortable outdoor kitchen, equipped with: wood-burning oven, barbecue, induction hob, dishwasher, sink, refrigerator and two large dining tables.
Furthermore the property boasts a beautiful infinity pool (12 x 5 m, depth 1.32 m, open from May to the end of September), sanitized with salt and equipped with sunbeds, parasols, solar shower and bathroom. From the pool you can admire a splendid panorama of the valley below.

Internal Description

The entire property consists of the main building and a dependance, can accommodate up to 15 adults + 1 child, has 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning; all windows have mosquito nets. Internet Wifi is included. 1 cot and 1 high chair are available free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed upon request.

Main building: Furnished in a minimal-sophisticated style, the main building is spread over 2 levels (ground floor and first floor), and is made up of 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
The ground floor, with direct access to the garden, features a bright living area, furnished with a corner sofa, fireplace and tv. Following is a modern kitchen with a peninsula, and a large dining table that, thanks to a large window, offers a panoramic view of the pool and the mountains. The kitchen is equipped with: oven, fridge, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, kettle and toaster.
Also on this floor you will find a toilet, and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and direct access to the garden.
The upper floor, reachable by climbing an internal glass staircase, houses 5 double bedrooms, each provided with a private bathroom with shower. Moreover one of the bedrooms has a mezzanine floor with two single sofa beds.

Dependance: Connected by a masonry portico to the main building, the dependance is spread over 2 levels (ground floor and mezzanine) offering elegant and totally independent spaces. The ground floor features a kitchenette, tv, a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom with ensuite hot tub and panoramic window with direct access to the pool. Going up an internal ladder you can reach the mezzanine floor where there is another double bedroom.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); final cleaning; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Extra cleaning (150.00€); linen change (300.00€); electric car recharge (to be paid according to consumption); wedding fee (2.500,00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1,000.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

Places to visit

Villa Ada is located in the heart of the Marche region, precisely in the countryside of Monterubbiano, among olive groves and vineyards. Monterubbiano is one of the pearls of Fermo hinterland and dominates a large part of the Aso Valley, a magnificent area full of medieval villages, set between the Sibillini Mountains and the Adriatic coast.
Within 10 minutes by car you can reach the beaches of the Marche region up to Porto Sant'Elpidio, a lovely seaside resort appreciated for the sea and the adjacent pine forest, for the beach and the promenade with some play areas for children, a cycle path, many green spaces and restaurants.
The villa is ideally located as it allows you to quickly reach many other destinations of the Marche region: in just half an hour you can visit another seaside resort such as Civitanova Marche; at 50 minutes away you will find both Macerata (where every summer a very important opera festival takes place at the Sferisterio) and the Regional Park of Monte Conero (with its suggestive cliffs overlooking the sea, several hiking trails, and splendid beaches).
