Description

Residenza Montecatini is a modern apartment located on the 1st floor of a building (without elevator) in a residential area of Montecatini Terme, near the historic funicular that connects the town with Montecatini Alto.
Completely renovated, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, and is only accessible externally by climbing a staircase.
You are welcomed by a lovely living area, furnished with: air conditioning, a double sofa bed, dining table and small kitchen (equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and toaster). From the living area you can direct access to a covered terrace, provided with a breakfast table, ideal for alfresco meals while enjoying the splendid view of the surrounding landscape.
Following you will find a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom with a lovely terrace with synthetic grass and some seats.
Free parking is available along the street. No pets allowed.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); welcome kit (consisting of some fruit, bottled water and a bottle of sparkling wine).

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (60.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 350.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

Montecatini Terme is well-known for its historic Liberty-style villas, its monumental thermal baths belonging to the Tettuccio complex, and its tree-lined avenues and large parks.
Just 5 km away from the apartment you will find Monsummano Terme, also renowned for its spas, and for the well-known society specialized in the artisan production of chocolate.
The location of the property represents a perfect starting point to visit the main Tuscan cities of art such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Pistoia, but also other beautiful tourist attractions like Collodi (the birthplace of Pinocchio), Vinci (the village of the great Leonardo), and the Versilia coast.
