The apartment is located in Piazza Ferrucci, a stone's throw from the Florentine Arno river and just outside the historic center. One of the historic gateways to the city, Porta San Niccolò, is located about 500 meters from the house while the Abbey of San Miniato a Monte is one kilometer away. The area is where the house is located is a very pleasant residential area and full of restaurants and clubs for the evening.
Piazza Ferrucci is also located immediately outside the limited traffic area and therefore can also be reached by car.

From the Florence railway station, Santa Maria Novella, you can take a bus, in particular lines C4 and 23. Near the station you can also take a taxi and reach the apartment in a few minutes. From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport, it takes about 30 minutes by taxi to get to the apartment.
