External Description

Suite Monica is a delightful apartment located on the ground floor of a residential complex on the seafront of Marina di Pietrasanta, in Versilia. The residential complex offers some services including: breakfast service (with a fee); free reception service from June to September; free use of the pool, shared by all guests of the residence. The pool has a rounded shape (about 50 mq), it is open from May to September, and includes lifeguard service, deck chairs and parasols.
The apartment boasts a private outdoor area, equipped with a table for 6 people and a roller awning.
At guests' disposal also a private parking for one car.

Internal Description

Suite Monica is set on one level, on the ground floor, and can accommodate up to 4 people, has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Pets are allowed upon request.
In the living area you will find a double sofa bed, a dining table for 5-6 people, tv, and a small kitchen equipped with: fridge, electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and washing machine.
Following is a bright double bedroom with wardrobe and desk, and a bathroom with shower. Moreover along the corridor there is a very large built-in wardrobe.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Reception service from June to September (from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM); use of the shared pool.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€); utilities according to consumption (water, gas, electricity); breakfast at the hall of the residence (10.00€ per person). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 600.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

Suite Monica is located in the renowned seaside resort of Marina di Pietrasanta, along the Versilia coast. Its location is excellent as it is just 150 m from the beach.
The several Versilia seaside resorts (such as those at Marina di Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio) offer a wide range of services for tourists.
Just 10 minutes by car, you can reach the fascinating Versiliana Park, a natural oasis with 80 hectares of centuries-old wood, varied fauna and vegetation. Every summer the park hosts the historic “La Versiliana Festival”, a cultural event that includes a rich calendar: from music to book presentations, from theatre to dance.
Do not miss Lucca (the walled city "of a hundred churches") and Pisa (with its “Leaning Tower”, known all over the world) which are 40 minutes away by car.
