Description

Chiesetta Suite is a comfortable apartment located on the ground floor of a terraced house in Marina di Massa, just 450 meters from the beach, and close to basic shops.
The apartment, which is accessed via a private entrance, is spread over 2 levels, can accommodate up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It boasts a small private garden with lawn, brick barbecue and dining table for 4-6 people.
On the lower level there is a lovely living area with double sofa bed, dining table for 4-6 people and tv. Following a bathroom with shower, and an open kitchen with direct access to the garden, equipped with oven, dishwasher and refrigerator.
The upper level offers 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk bed and balcony, and a bathroom with shower.
Limited availability of a condominium parking space; in any case you can park outside along the street. Free pocket Wifi included. Pets are not allowed.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); bed and bath linen; final cleaning.

Excluded from the price: Heating according to consumption during winter months; tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 200.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

Chiesetta Suite is located in the tourist resort of Marina di Massa, just 450 meters from the beach, and close to some basic shops. The center of Marina di Massa is only 1 km away.
Forte dei Marmi and the other famous seaside resorts of Versilia (such as Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio) are just a few kilometers away.
The Versilia coast – i.e. the great temple of entertainment by night – boasts some exclusive seaside establishments, largely equipped with amenities and services, in order to satisfy every kind of tourist needs.
Lucca (the walled city "of a hundred churches") and Pisa (with its “Leaning Tower”, known all over the world) are less than an hour away by car.
For sports lovers, we sueggst a day-trip to Lake Massaciuccoli where, during spring and summer time, you can practise several sporting activities, including rowing, canoeing and sailing.
