Madreperla is a very special apartment with great character. Located on the ground floor of a typical Florentine building in Via Toscanella, the property is on two levels. On the first level there is the living room with double sofa bed and wardrobe and the bathroom with shower. On the second level there is a double bedroom and a small living room ideal for relaxing moments. The apartment is characterized by a unique architecture with exposed bricks, large arches and beautiful vaulted ceilings. The design of this house is really unique and we are sure you will appreciate the mix between the most typical elements such as the terracotta floors and the more modern elements resulting from the recent renovation.

Madreperla is an apartment really whose only flaw is the absence of a kitchen. The property is however equipped with WiFi internet, smart TV, air conditioning and laundry room with washer-dryer shared with the other apartments located in the building. The location is really great as we are in the historic district of Santo Spirito a few steps from all the main monuments of the city; Ponte Vecchio is less than 5 minutes walk and also the Uffizi, the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio are within walking distance. The neighborhood is very beautiful and full of charm to the point that many consider it the most "Florentine" of all the districts of the city.

How to get to the apartment

Near the Central Station of Florence, you can take a bus such as number 11 or C4 to reach the apartment in a few minutes. Alternatively, near the station you can take a cab. From Florence's Amerigo Vespucci airport it takes about thirty minutes by car to reach the apartment.

A CONAD supermarket is located in Via de' Bardi 47r about 350 meters away from the apartment. There are several restaurants, bars and pizzerias in both Piazza Santo Spirito and Piazza Pitti.
