The apartment is located in the residential district of Gavinana in Florence. The surrounding area is full of shops and supermarkets and is well served by public transport that connect it to the historic center and all other areas of the city. If you arrive by car, you can arrive at the apartment in just a few minutes coming from the motorway.
In the area we point out the Albereta park, a quiet green area that directly overlooks the Arno and the Gavinana shopping center which is located in Piazza Gino Bartali just 850 meters from the house.

Arriving by car, take the Firenze Sud exit of the motorway; from there it takes just a few minutes to get to the house. From the Amerigo Vespucci airport of Florence it takes about 30 minutes by car to reach the apartment.
