External Description

Villa Arancio is located in the centre of Forte dei Marmi, just 700 m to the beach. Surrounded by a beautiful enclosed garden with hedge and lawn, the villa boasts a large veranda equipped with washing machine, a dining table and barbecue, ideal for alfresco lunches/dinners.
At guests' disposal also a private parking (for 1 large car or 2 small cars) with automatic gate.

Internal Description

Villa Arancio is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 7 people, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the first floor the two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Pets are allowed on request.

Basement floor: The tavern, which can be accessed both internally and externally, is made up of a living area with a single sofa bed, fireplace and dining table. Following you will find an airy kitchen (with stove, table, fridge and oven), a single bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.

Ground floor: The ground floor houses a bright living area, furnished with: a single sofa bed, armchair, tv, and dining table. The living room leads directly to the beautiful veranda equipped with a dining table.
Then there is a large kitchen, fully equipped with: stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, table, and direct access to the garden. A bathroom with bathtub completes the floor.

First floor: The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), both with direct access to a shared balcony.
Lastly there is a bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); home and garden maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1,000.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (120.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of. For monthly rentals in July and August customers are required to pay 2,500.00€ security deposit (credit card).

Villa Arancio is situated in the renowned seaside resort of Forte dei Marmi, along the Versilia coast. Its location is excellent, right in the city center with its boutiques and high fashion shops, and just 700 m from the beach.
The several Versilia seaside resorts (such as those at Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio and Marina di Pietrasanta) offer a wide range of services for tourists.
For sports lovers, you will find several activities in the surrounding area, from golf courses to tennis courts, from equestrian facilities to nautical clubs).
Lucca (the walled city "of a hundred churches") and Pisa (with its “Leaning Tower”, known all over the world) are only half an hour away by car.

Main distances: Nearest beach (700 m), Viareggio (15 km), Lucca and Pisa (38 km), Florence (110 km), Siena (170 km).
