External Description

Villa Hermitage is a splendid villa dating back to the 1940s, recently subjected to a conservative restoration. It is located in the center of Vittoria Apuana (an area of Forte dei Marmi), along the Versilia coast, and just 300 meters from the beach.
The property is surrounded by a fenced, well-kept garden of about 1300 sqm, with automatic irrigation, several plants and flowers. Inside the garden you will find: a dining area with a table for 4 people and a wooden parasol; a pergola with another dining table for 4 people; a large, brick barbecue, ideal for preparing some tasty grills with friends.
Among the outdoor spaces there is also a beautiful salt-water pool (12 x 4 m) with a cover for the night, and bordered by some lit crystal glass panels.
On the upper floor of the villa is a lovely roof terrace with breakfast table.
Moreover at guests' disposal some bicycles (to be used free of charge), and a private parking for 2 cars.

Internal Description

Furnished in an elegant style with precious antiques, Villa Hermitage is spread over 2 floors, and can accommodate up to 8 people, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Included Internet Wifi. Pets are not allowed.

Ground floor: The ground floor is dedicated to the living area consisting of a large and bright open space divided into two areas: a dining room with a glass table for 8 people, and a sitting room with sofa, 2 armchairs, some seats, tv and fireplace. Then you will find a wooden kitchen with direct access to the garden, fully equipped with: dishwasher, oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, stove and dining table for 5 people.
Also on this floor is a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

First floor: The upper floor, reachable by climbing some stairs, houses the sleeping area divided as follows: 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower), and 2 twin bedrooms that share a bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (450,00€). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 3.000,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (200,00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.

Places to visit

Villa Hermitage is located in Vittoria Apuana, an area of the renowned seaside resort of Forte dei Marmi, along the Versilia coast. The surrounding area is very quiet and green, and the apartment is only 300 m from the beach, and is close to all the main services: supermarket, pharmacy, perfumery, newsagent. The center of Forte dei Marmi with its shops and high-fashion boutiques (Gucci, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana etc...) is just 3 km away.
The several Versilia seaside resorts (such as those at Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio and Marina di Pietrasanta) offer a wide range of services for tourists.
Lucca (the walled city "of a hundred churches") and Pisa (with its “Leaning Tower”, known all over the world) are only half an hour away by car.
