External Description

Residenza Bouganville is a large apartment located on the 1st and 2nd floor of a building (without elevator) in Forte dei Marmi, near the city center, and only 1.8 km from the sea.
At the back of the building, on the ground floor, you will find a private garden with lawn and flowers, accessible both through an external staircase (from the 1st floor), and via a private pedestrian gate on the street. The garden boasts a gazebo with a dining table for 6 people and a barbecue, ideal for having tasty grills after a day at the beach.
At guests disposal' also 1 private outdoor parking place.

Internal Description

Residenza Bouganville is spread over two levels (1st and 2nd floor), and can accommodate up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a wardrobe. Pets are not allowed.

First floor: The first floor consists of a bright living area, furnished with: corner sofa, dining table for 6 people, tv, decorative fireplace and a terrace. Following is a spacious wooden kitchen, completely equipped with: breakfast table for 4 people, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and a terrace with washing machine.
A bathroom with shower completes the floor.

Second floor: The upper floor, reachable by climbing some stairs, houses the sleeping area, divided as follows: 2 double bedrooms with terrace and 1 twin bedroom. You will also find 2 bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a hot tub.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (350.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1.000,00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (120.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.

Residenza Bouganville is located in a very quiet and green residential area of Forte dei Marmi, close to the city center and the main services, and only 1.8 km from the sea.
The several Versilia seaside resorts (such as those at Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio and Marina di Pietrasanta) offer a wide range of services for tourists.
Lucca (the walled city "of a hundred churches") and Pisa (with its “Leaning Tower”, known all over the world) are only half an hour away by car.
