Description

Residenza Alberto is an elegant apartment located on the second floor (with lift) of a building in Forte dei Marmi, right in the city center, and just 150 m from the beach. Included Internet Wifi. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment boasts a beautiful sea view, and is surrounded by a long balcony all around the property.
The living area is spacious and bright, furnished with sofa, armchairs, tv, piano, decorative fireplace, and dining area with table for 6 people. From the living room you will have direct access to the balcony through some French doors.
Following there is an airy kitchen, equipped with: oven, stove, refrigerator, table, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and direct access to a veranda.
The sleeping area, separated by a long corridor, consists of 3 large double bedrooms, each provided with ensuite bathroom (2 with shower and 1 with bathtub) and air conditioning.
At guests' disposal also an uncovered private parking inside the property.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (250.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (120.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.

Residenza Alberto is situated in the renowned seaside resort of Forte dei Marmi, along the Versilia coast. Its location is excellent, right in the city center with its boutiques and high fashion shops, just 150 m from the sea, and 300 m from Piazza Marconi, where the market takes place every Wednesday and Sunday morning.
The several Versilia seaside resorts (such as those at Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio and Marina di Pietrasanta) offer a wide range of services for tourists.
Lucca (the walled city "of a hundred churches") and Pisa (with its “Leaning Tower”, known all over the world) are only 40 minutes away by car.
