External Description

Imperiale Apartment is a spacious apartment, located in one of the most prestigious residences in Forte dei Marmi (Versilia coast), just 400 m from the beach.
It boasts a large covered terrace overlooking the internal courtyard. The terrace is equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs. Moreover, inside the residence there is a private parking (subject to availability).
Pets are allowed on request.

Internal Description

Imperiale Apartment is located on the second floor of the residence (provided with a lift and concierge service). The apartment is set on one single level and can accommodate up to 7 people.
It is made up of a large living area furnished with sofa, armchair, tv and dining table. From the living area, through a French door, you can access the terrace.
Following is an equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, breakfast table and balcony.
The sleeping area includes 4 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 small with two bunk beds.
All bedrooms (except the one with bunk beds) have air conditioning and a balcony.
There are also 3 bathrooms: two with shower and one with bathtub.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wi-fi; air conditioning; parking inside the residence (subject to availability).

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (250.00€). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 800,00€ security deposit by credit card, which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.

Imperiale Apartment is located in the renowned seaside resort of Forte dei Marmi, along the Versilia coast. Its location is excellent as it is just 400 m from the beach and 800 m from the city center with its shops and high-fashion boutiques (Gucci, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana etc...).
The several Versilia seaside resorts (such as those at Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio and Marina di Pietrasanta) offer a wide range of services for tourists.
Lucca (the walled city "of a hundred churches") and Pisa (with its “Leaning Tower”, known all over the world) are only half an hour away by car.
