External Description

Suite Roseto is located among the rolling hills of Chianti, halfway between Florence and Siena.
Forming part of an elegant farmstead divided into a building (with four independent apartments) and a separate villa, Suite Roseto boasts a private entrance, a private outdoor space and a table for 2 people, ideal for alfresco lunches/dinners.
At guests' disposal also a private parking, and a pool shared with the other guests of the farmstead. Nestled in the greenery, the pool (6 x 14 m, depth 1.80 m) is open from 1 May to 30 October, and is equipped with gazebos and sun loungers.

Internal Description

Suite Roseto is spread over one single level (on the ground floor), can accommodate up to 2 people, has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Internet Wifi included. All rooms have air conditioning. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment consists of a welcoming open-space living area, furnished with: sofa, armchairs, tv, dining table for 2 people and kitchenette (with stove, fridge, small oven, kettle, toaster and coffee machine). Following is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Housekeeper service; Internet Wifi; house, pool and garden maintenance; water consumption; 1 wine tasting.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (80.00€); electricity (80.00€ per week); heating if used (80.00€ per week); baby bed available (100.00€ per week if the maximum capacity is exceeded); pool towels (10.00€ per towel); extra cleaning on request (30.00€ per hour); transfers and tours available on request and to be booked in advance. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 200.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
