Castiglionese Suite is a modern studio flat with air conditioning and Internet Wifi, set on one single level on the ground floor of a building in the seaside resort of Castiglione della Pescaia, just 50 meters from the beach.
Recently renovated, the studio flat can accommodate up to 2 people, and is equipped with: double bed, tv, two wardrobes, a small table with chairs, and a bathroom with shower. Inside one of the two wardrobes you will find a practical kitchenette with sink, stove and small fridge.
Castiglionese Suite also boasts a small private garden with lawn, extendable awning, sun lounger, and dining table, ideal for alfresco meals.
Access to the studio apartment is through the private gate in the garden.
Along the street you can park your car for free.
Pets are not allowed.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); final cleaning; Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Heating according to consumption during winter months. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

Castiglionese Suite is located in Castiglione della Pescaia (Maremma area - Grosseto province), just 50 meters from the beach, and 800 meters from the historic center.
Known as the "little Switzerland" for the quality of its services and environment, Castiglione della Pescaia is a Medieval seaside village perched on a promontory on the Maremma coast. On its top stands the Aragonese Castle with its walls, towers, and the breathtaking panorama that can be admired from up there. The town is also a lively seaside resort, characterized by beautiful beaches (free, wild, equipped, sandy and rocky), large pine forests, and a tourist port where you can rent private boats to reach the most beautiful beaches of the Argentario and the Elba, Capraia and Giglio islands.
For nature lovers, we suggest a visit to the nearby Diaccia Botrona Nature Reserve, a protected area since 1971, today an ideal habitat for around 200 different animal species (including flamingos, herons, hawks, tortoises, foxes, porcupines, badgers, and many others).
Moreover, from Castiglione della Pescaia you can easily reach all the lovely destinations of the Maremma area, from Magliano to Pitigliano, from Porto Santo Stefano to Saturnia with its spas and waterfalls.
