Bellavista Suite is a delightful apartment set on one single level on the ground floor of a building in Castiglione della Pescaia, only 5 km from the sea. The property boasts a private fenced garden with lawn, swing, seats, and a wide variety of plants (from holm oaks to strawberry trees, from rosemary to agaves). From the garden you can admire a breathtaking view of the surrounding valley and the sea up to Monte Argentario.
Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a dining area with barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals with friends.
Lastly, at guests' disposal a private parking with gate.

Internal Description

Bellavista Suite is set on one single level, on the ground floor, and can accommodate up to 2 people, has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Small pets are allowed on request.

The apartment consists of a bright living area with a dining table for 4 people and a kitchenette with stove and fridge. Then there is a bathroom with shower and a spacious double bedroom with wardrobe, tv and double windows.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); final cleaning.

Excluded from the price: Heating according to consumption during winter months. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

Bellavista Suite is located on the hill of Castiglione della Pescaia (Maremma area - Grosseto province), only 5 km from the sea.
Known as the "little Switzerland" for the quality of its services and environment, Castiglione della Pescaia is a Medieval seaside village perched on a promontory on the Maremma coast. On its top stands the Aragonese Castle with its walls, towers, and the breathtaking panorama that can be admired from up there. The town is also a lively seaside resort, characterized by beautiful beaches (free, wild, equipped, sandy and rocky), large pine forests, and a tourist port where you can rent private boats to reach the most beautiful beaches of the Argentario and the Elba, Capraia and Giglio islands.
For nature lovers, we suggest a visit to the nearby Diaccia Botrona Nature Reserve, a protected area since 1971, today an ideal habitat for around 200 different animal species (including flamingos, herons, hawks, tortoises, foxes, porcupines, badgers, and many others).
Moreover, from Castiglione della Pescaia you can easily reach all the lovely destinations of the Maremma area, from Magliano to Pitigliano, from Porto Santo Stefano to Saturnia with its spas and waterfalls.
