The apartment we offer for rent is very large (about 200 square meters) and articulated. The heart of the house is the large living room which leads to the other areas of the property. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, dishwasher and microwave. There are 4 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds that can be joined together and two singles. In the apartment there are also a walk-in closet and two bathrooms both with bathtub. The apartment has Wi-Fi internet, washing machine and air conditioning in all rooms. Casa Maggio overlooks one of the most beautiful streets in the historic district of Santo Spirito in Florence. We are in one of the most beautiful and typical areas of the entire historic center of cities where the Florence of the past can still be found. Walking through the streets of this area you can still come across the antique dealers' shops and some of those artisan shops that have historically characterized the streets of the historic center of Florence.
From the apartment you can easily reach on foot all the most important monuments and the most famous museums of Florence such as Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi and the Duomo.

How to get to the apartment

From Florence Central Station, you can take a bus such as lines C4 and 11. Alternatively, near the station you can take a taxi to reach the apartment in a few minutes. From the Amerigo Vespucci airport in Florence it takes about thirty minutes by car to get to the apartment.
