Villa Geko is a detached villa surrounded by the peaceful countryside of Carovigno, set within a charming private estate of approximately 1 hectare, characterised by ancient olive trees. Thanks to its privileged location, the property offers beautiful sea views and allows guests to reach the historic centre of Carovigno in just 3 km and the renowned “White City” of Ostuni in about a 15-minute drive.
Outside, the villa features a large fully fenced garden where guests can enjoy relaxing moments immersed in nature. A spacious covered portico, extending along two consecutive sides of the house, includes a comfortable lounge area and a dining space with table, perfect for enjoying outdoor breakfasts, al fresco dinners and pleasant evenings after a day at the beach.
Surrounded by olive trees, the private swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 1.50 m), open from April to October, is the perfect place to cool off and unwind during the summer days. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, parasol, outdoor shower and a lounge area where guests can relax and enjoy the sun in complete tranquillity. A bathroom with shower is also available near the pool area, located next to the staircase leading to the stunning panoramic rooftop terrace.
From this furnished terrace, enhanced by a stone countertop ideal for sunset aperitifs, guests can admire a spectacular 360-degree view stretching from the gentle hills of Ostuni to the white sandy beaches of the WWF Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve.
To complete the outdoor spaces, guests have access to a stone barbecue, ideal for preparing delicious grilled meals with family and friends, and a private uncovered parking area for up to 5 cars.

Internal description

Furnished in an elegant contemporary Mediterranean style, Villa Geko combines neutral tones, natural materials and bright interiors with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The villa is entirely located on the ground floor and can sleep up to 6 guests, offering 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Included Internet Wifi. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito screens on the windows. Pets are not allowed.

The entrance opens onto a spacious open-plan living area, featuring a cosy lounge with two sofas, a modern tuff stone fireplace, tv and a large glass window overlooking the pool. The dining area, with a round glass table for 6 guests, connects to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with microwave, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee machine.
The sleeping area includes 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with bathtub) and 2 twin bedrooms with single beds, which can be joined upon request to create two comfortable double beds.
The property is completed by two additional bathrooms with shower and a practical laundry room equipped with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (500.00€); utilities (water, gas, electricity) based on consumption. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1,500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
