External Description

Villa Giardinetto is located in the countryside of Capannori, just 15 minutes from Lucca. Surrounded by a fenced garden with lawn and parking for 3 cars, the property boasts a private pool (12 x 6 m, depth 140 cm, not heated), open from 1st April to 1st October, and equipped with a hydromassage area, sun loungers, and outdoor shower.
Next to the pool is a large gazebo with a dining table for 14 people, ideal for alfresco meals with friends.
Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a comfortable kitchen, equipped with sink, barbecue and pizza oven (wood is not provided so it is the guests' responsibility). At the back of the kitchen there is a toilet.
The owners live in an apartment inside the villa, are always available for any need guaranteeing maximum privacy.

Internal Description

Recently renovated, Villa Giardinetto is made up of 2 apartments, each with an independent entrance, and can accommodate up to 14 people, has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (including a toilet in the garden). The two apartments are located inside two separate buildings, located a few steps away from each other.
Internet Wifi is included. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. 1 high chair is available on request. Small pets are allowed on request.

Apartment 1: This apartment is spread over 2 floors and can sleep up to 9 people. On the ground floor there is a kitchen equipped with a dining table for 6 people, tv, and double sofa bed. Following is a laundry room (with washing machine, iron and ironing board), a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor hosts a double bedroom, a triple bedroom (a double bed + a single bed), and a bathroom with shower.

Apartment 2: The second apartment is set on one single level (the ground floor) and can host up to 5 people. At the entrance there is a single bed, then you will find an equipped kitchen with dining table for 6 people, tv, and double sofa bed. From the kitchen you can directly access the pool area.
Lastly there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); final cleaning; Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Any extra services on request. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

Villa Giardinetto is located in the municipality of Capannori, nestled in a typical hilly landscape of Lucca countryside. Just 15 minutes away by car you will find Lucca, the Medieval city traditionally called the "city of a hundred churches" for the large number of places of worship within the city center, and famous for its imposing tree-lined walls, that can be entirely walkable.
Moreover, Lucca is the venue for several musical and cultural events throughout the year, such as Lucca Summer & Winter Festival e il Lucca Comics & Games.
Beyond Lucca, one of the main tourist attractions of the surrounding area is the presence of countless historic villas, beautifully preserved and absolutely bewitching thanks to the group of gardens, parks, tree-lined avenues and “water games”.
Within 40 minutes by car you can reach Montecatini Terme (a renowned Tuscan spa resort), Pisa (the city of the leaning tower), and the Versilia coast with Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, and Pietrasanta.
Lovers of nature and sports (trekking and mountain biking) cannot miss the opportunity to organize an excursion to Garfagnana, an area rich in natural landscapes, peaks, trails, and ancient villages to discover.
