External Description

Villa il Palagetto is an elegant villa with dependance, immersed in the Tuscan countryside among the vineyards and surrounded by a garden with lawn.
On a lower level you will find a panoramic swimming pool (7 x 14 m), equipped with sunbeds, outdoor shower and parasols, from which it is possible to admire breathtaking landscapes and sunsets.
There is also a splendid terrace where you can have lunch and relax while sipping a good glass of wine.
A private outdoor parking is available.

Internal Description

Furnished in a classic style with delicate colors, Villa il Palagetto is made up of the main building and an dependance. It can sleep up to 16+2 people for a total of 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms (including a toilet). At guests' disposal also a small relax area equipped with sauna, tapis roulant, exercise bike, bathroom and shower.

Main building: The main building is spread over 2 levels. On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a large dining room that can accommodate up to 18 people. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view over the valley. Next to the dining room is a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, blender, fruit juicer).
Following are two living rooms (one with a fireplace) and a toilet.
On the first floor there is a sleeping area: 5 double bedrooms with private bathroom (with shower), safe, minibar, satellite TV, air conditioning and amazing views of the Tuscan countryside. If necessary, 2 bedrooms can be transformed into twin bedrooms with two single beds each.

Dependance: In front of the main building is a lovely dependance (a restored barn), set on 2 levels.
On the ground floor you will find 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom (with shower). If necessary, one of these bedrooms can be transformed into a twin bedroom with two single beds.
The upper floor houses a triple bedroom with bathroom (with shower).

Prices and conditions

Internet Wifi available. Pets are allowed.
Included in the price: Welcome basket which includes: cold dinner on arrival and continental breakfast for the first morning. Mid-week towel change and cleaning of bathrooms and lounges. Electricity up to 250 kw. Tour of a local wine producer with wine tasting.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (€350.00); heating according to consumption: LPG (€0.70 per liter); electricity above 250 kw (€0.45 per kw); air conditioning according to consumption (€0.45 per kw). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 800.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.

Villa il Palagetto is located in the municipality of Reggello, just 30 minutes from Florence and only 2 km from “The Mall”, the luxury outlet center where you can find the most famous Italian and international high fashion brands. In the nearby village of Leccio (3 km) you will find shops and a restaurant.
Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, the property represents the ideal starting point for visiting the main tourist attractions of this wonderful area: Florence, Arezzo, Chianti area, Montepulciano, Siena and San Gimignano.
