Nestled in the peaceful Tuscan countryside, Villa Versona is located in the quiet area of Montebello, a charming hamlet of Camaiore, just a few kilometers from the renowned beaches of Versilia.
Surrounded by lush greenery, the villa offers a true oasis of tranquility with a beautifully maintained garden, bordered by a laurel hedge that ensures privacy and seclusion. The covered patio, furnished with comfortable armchairs and a welcoming outdoor dining area with barbecue, is the perfect spot for al fresco dinners, friendly grills, or relaxing moments in the shade.
Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful private swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 1.40 m), open from April to October, complete with outdoor shower, sun loungers, and a table with chairs – the ideal setting to soak up the Tuscan sun or enjoy a romantic sunset aperitif.
The property also includes a private outdoor parking area for 2 cars.

Internal Description

Villa Versona is spread over one single level (the ground floor) and can sleep up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request. Pets are not allowed.

Recently renovated, Villa Versona offers bright, welcoming spaces carefully designed down to the smallest detail. The living area, spacious and cozy, is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, tv, and a dining table for 6, perfect for relaxing or enjoying pleasant moments together.
The kitchen, functional and fully equipped, provides everything you need to feel at home: microwave, toaster, moka pot, American coffee machine, stove, oven, and refrigerator. Adjacent to the kitchen, a practical laundry room with washing machine and sink completes the living area.
A corridor leads to the sleeping area, which includes 3 comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with wardrobes: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, and 1 bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children or teenagers. Guests also have access to two bathrooms with shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

Within half an hour you can reach Lucca, a beautiful Medieval city traditionally called the "city of a hundred churches" for the large number of places of worship inside the city center, and famous for its imposing tree-lined walls, that can be entirely walkable.
Moreover, the major Tuscan cities of art (Pisa, Florence, Pistoia, and Siena) can be easily reached.
