The house, part of an elegant building with exposed stone, features a small private garden, fully fenced and meticulously maintained, perfect for relaxing moments outdoors.
Access to the garden is via charming external stone steps with a gate, leading to a peaceful corner where you can soak up the sun or enjoy a good book. At the center, a small above-ground pool (3 x 3 m, 110 cm deep), open from April to October, and equipped with sun loungers, invites you to cool off on warm summer days.
For those who enjoy outdoor meals, the garden offers a dedicated area with table, parasol, and barbecue, ideal for sharing convivial moments with family or friends. The sunny exposure and views of the surrounding greenery complete this space, making it welcoming and functional in every season.

Recently renovated, Residenza Versona is spread over 2 floors and can sleep up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. One baby cot and one high chair are available upon request. Pets are not allowed.

Ground floor: On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a comfortable living area with a corner sofa, tv, and a dining table for 6 people. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a moka pot, American coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, stovetop, and refrigerator, ready to prepare any kind of meal. On this level, there is also a bathroom with shower and, in an adjacent room, a laundry area with washing machine and utility space.

First floor: Climbing the stairs, you reach the sleeping area, designed for maximum comfort. Here you will find: 1 spacious double bedroom with wardrobe, sofa, and tv; 1 twin bedroom with wardrobe; 1 double bedroom with private terrace furnished with coffee table and chairs, perfect for unwinding outdoors.
The floor is completed by a bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (150.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
