The house is on the first floor and consists of a large double bedroom with private bathroom (with shower and bidet), living room, kitchen and a second bathroom with shower. Completely renovated, this apartment is very nice and perfectly equipped to welcome you as if you were at home. The property is equipped with air conditioning Wi-Fi, washing machine, oven and everything needed for cooking. Arno Apartment B can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests as it has a double bed and a sofa bed; larger groups (up to 6 people) can also book the adjacent apartment (Arno Apartment A) which is equipped with a double bed.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just outside the historic center of Florence, Arno Apartment B is a very cozy apartment that will welcome you very well. The area in which this house is located is very pleasant as we are a stone's throw from the Parco delle Cascine which is the largest park in the city, the ideal place for jogging as well as home to many events including the Firenze Rocks, the headquarters of Polimoda, the Stazione Leopolda and the new Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino. The apartment is outside the restricted traffic area so you can easily reach it even by car. Even if we are outside the historic center it does not take long to reach the great attractions of the city as with the tramway it takes really only a few minutes to get to the Santa Maria Novella Station.

How to get to the apartment

The apartment is located near the Paolo Uccello stop of the T1 Tramway line which in about ten minutes reaches the central station of Santa Maria Novella in the historic center of Florence.
From Florence Amerigo Vespucci airport it takes 15-20 minutes by car to reach the apartment.
