Marvelous villa with pool immersed in the woods around Massarosa, a few km from the sea and the Versilia coast. It can sleep up to 10 people for a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

External Description

Villa la Leccia is a charming property located in Massarosa, in the province of Lucca, a few kilometers from the famous seaside resorts of Versilia (such as Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore and Forte dei Marmi). Immersed in a suggestive forest of pines, beeches and strawberry trees, the villa boasts a private garden with a panoramic terrace in teak wood, equipped with a dining table for 10 people, perfect for alfresco meals. The terrace offers a wonderful view of the Viareggio coast and the villages below.
At a lower level of the garden you will find a beautiful pool (8 x 5 m), usually open from May 15th to September 15th, and equipped with external shower, sun beds, deck chairs and parasol.
At guests' disposal also a private parking for 3-4 cars.

Internal Description

Villa la Leccia is spread over 2 floors, and can accommodate up to 10 people for a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms (except one) have air conditioning. Included Internet Wifi. Small pets are allowed (a damage deposit is required).

Ground floor: You are welcomed by a bright living area with a large glass window that gives access to the panoramic terrace. The living room is expertly furnished with: a double sofa bed, fireplace, tv, and dining table for 6-8 people.
Followed there is a wooden kitchen, equipped with: dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, and breakfast table.
A bathroom with shower completes the floor.

First floor: A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, characterized by floors made with olive-wood parquet. Here you will find 3 spacious double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom (all equipped with mosquito nets), and two bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub and double sinks).

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (500.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0,50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1.500,00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (250,00€) is also requested at check-in (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.

Villa la Leccia is located in the municipality of Massarosa, in the province of Lucca.
Viareggio and the other famous seaside resorts of Versilia (such as Lido di Camaiore and Forte dei Marmi) are just 20 minutes away.
The Versilia coast – i.e. the great temple of entertainment by night – boasts some exclusive seaside establishments, largely equipped with amenities and services, in order to satisfy every kind of tourist needs.
Lucca (the walled city "of a hundred churches") and Pisa (with its “Leaning Tower”, known all over the world) are only half an hour away by car.
For sports lovers, several trails for hiking or mountain biking are available in the surroundings of the property. Moreover you can reach Lake Massaciuccoli where, during spring and summer time, you can practise several sporting activities, including rowing, canoeing and sailing.

Main distances: Viareggio (10 km), Lake Massaciuccoli (15 km), Forte dei Marmi (23 km), Lucca and Pisa (25 km), Florence (98 km), Siena (150 km).
