Description

Suite Vespucci is a lovely apartment with balcony, located on the 2° floor of a building (with a lift) in Viareggio, just 150 m from the sea.
The apartment is set on one single level, and is made up of a welcoming and bright living area, furnished with: double sofa bed, dining table for 4 people, tv, and a small kitchen (with stove, fridge, oven, and coffee machine). The living room leads directly to the balcony (provided with washing machine).
Following along the corridor there is a bathroom with bathtub/shower, and then a double bedroom with wardrobe and a French door that gives access to the balcony.
Pets are not allowed.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (180.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (120.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.

Suite Vespucci is located in the renowned seaside resort of Viareggio, along the Versilia coast, just 150 m from the beach. More precisely the property is located in the most central and elegant area of the city, about halfway along the famous "Passeggiata" with its several shops and boutiques.
Considered par excellence the city of Carnival and masks, Viareggio is an Art Nouveau gem, famous for its beautiful pedestrian promenade, the so-called "Passeggiata" (2.2 km long), a place of relaxation and fun where the main attractions can be found.
The several Versilia seaside resorts (such as those at Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore, Forte dei Marmi and Marina di Pietrasanta) offer a wide range of services for tourists.
Just 20 minutes by car and you can reach the fascinating Versiliana Park, a natural oasis with 80 hectares of centuries-old wood, varied fauna and vegetation. Every summer the park hosts the historic “La Versiliana Festival”, a cultural event that includes a rich calendar: from music to book presentations, from theatre to dance.
Lucca (the walled city "of a hundred churches") and Pisa (with its “Leaning Tower”, known all over the world) are only half an hour away by car.
