Residenza Chiara is located on the 2nd floor of a building with lift and shared garden, in a quiet area of Viareggio called “Città Giardino”, just 500 m from the beach.
The apartment is very spacious and spread over one single level.
You will be welcomed by a bright living room, furnished with three sofas, a dining table, and a tv. Then there is an equipped kitchen with: stove, oven, toaster, refrigerator, coffee machine, and a small balcony overlooking the back of the building.
Following you will find the sleeping area made up of: 1 single bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower and washing machine), 1 twin bedroom with wardrobe, desk, double windows and view over the rear garden, 1 double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and view over the front garden.
A bathroom with bathtub completes the apartment.
No pets allowed.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity).

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (150.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (120.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.

Residenza Chiara is located in the renowned seaside resort of Viareggio, along the Versilia coast, just 500 m from the sea. More precisely, the property is situated in the quiet area of Città Giardino, surrounded by greenery and offering many restaurants, bars and pizzerias.
Considered par excellence the city of Carnival and masks, Viareggio is an Art Nouveau gem, famous for its beautiful pedestrian promenade, the so-called "Passeggiata" (2.2 km long), a place of relaxation and fun where the main attractions can be found.
The several Versilia seaside resorts (such as those at Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore, Forte dei Marmi and Marina di Pietrasanta) offer a wide range of services for tourists.
Just 20 minutes by car and you can reach the fascinating Versiliana Park, a natural oasis with 80 hectares of centuries-old wood, varied fauna and vegetation. Every summer the park hosts the historic “La Versiliana Festival”, a cultural event that includes a rich calendar: from music to book presentations, from theatre to dance.
Lucca (the walled city "of a hundred churches") and Pisa (with its “Leaning Tower”, known all over the world) are only half an hour away by car.
