Lovely house with private garden and shared pool, located amongst the hills of Seravezza in the Upper Versilia area. It can sleep up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

External Description

Suite Cristina is a comfortable accommodation located in a hilly position in Seravezza, less than 20 minutes from Forte dei Marmi. The house is part of an area surrounded by greenery, made up of 4 well-distributed houses, including the adjoining Suite Paola (which can also be booked).
Suite Cristina boasts a private garden with lawn and flowers, and a large covered patio, equipped with a dining table for 6 people, and a lounge area with sofa and armchairs, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Among the external spaces shared with Suite Paola you will find: the entrance gate, a brick barbecue, and a beautiful pool (120 sqm), carved into the rock, open from 1st June to 15th September, and equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs. From the pool you can admire a wonderful view over the Versilia coast.
Moreover, at guests' disposal a private parking for 2 cars.

Internal Description

Suite Cristina is spread over one level on the ground floor, and is contiguous to Suite Paola. It can accommodate up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. Pets are not allowed.

You are welcomed by a living area furnished with sofa, tv, decorative fireplace, and dining table for 6 people. Following is a fully equipped kitchen with: oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher and toaster.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms (including one with access to the garden) and 1 twin bedroom (with access to the garden). Two bathrooms with shower complete the house.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Internet Wifi; utilities (water, gas, electricity); house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 700.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (150,00€) is also requested at check-in (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.

Places to visit

Suite Cristina is located on the hills of Seravezza, a lovely village of the Upper Versilia, nestled in the greenery amongst the imposing rocks of its high mountains. In Seravezza, all essential services (bars, restaurants, supermarket and various shops) can be found.
Forte dei Marmi with its seaside resorts and high fashion boutiques is less than 20 minutes away by car.
Just in 30 minutes from the property you can visit the Antro del Corchia Tourist Cave, a vast complex of tunnels, wells and natural rooms excavated by water during millions of years in the marble heart of the Corchia Mountain.
The Apuan Alps (with its several trekking trails) and Arni (with its swhite marble quarries) are only over half an hour away by car.
