External Description

Villa il Piano is located in a panoramic position on the gentle hills of Radda in Chianti, among the characteristic vineyards and olive groves of this area. Completely fenced, originally the property was a defence lookout point looking out over the valley.
Within the well-kept garden there is a beautiful swimming pool (12 x 5 m), equipped with parasols, deckchairs and sunbeds.
Under the large covered patio you will find an outdoor kitchen, a dining table, a barbecue and a pizza oven for cooking tasty pizzas with friends.
At guests' disposal also a private parking, and a nice gazebo with tables and chairs, ideal for breakfasts in peace and quiet.

Internal Description

Furnished in a clever mix of rustic and modern style, Villa il Piano is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 10 people for a total of 5 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.

Basement floor: On this floor you will find: a cellar with a selection of wines for sale (accessible on request); a gym equipped with weights, rowing machine, exercise bike, yoga equipment and tv; a wellness area with turkish bath, sink and shower. Following a bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower.
Lastly there is a laundry that is not accessible to guests as it will be used exclusively by the housekeeper of the villa.

Ground floor: The ground floor is dedicated to the living area divided as follows: a sitting room with two sofas and two armchairs, tv and fireplace; a dining room for 12 people with tv and mobile bar; a professional kitchen with table for 6 people, tv, 5-burner gas hob, induction cooking with 2 burners, microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge with ice maker and coffee machine.
A guest bathroom completes the floor.

First floor: Upstairs there is a sitting room with sofas, armchairs, tv and fireplace.
Following are 5 double bedrooms (not convertible into twins) with ensuite bathroom (shower), wardrobe, desk and chair.
Please note that there is a lift that connects the ground floor to the first floor.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Internet Wifi; linen, bath towels, pool towels; cold dinner on arrival; continental breakfast, food for the first morning; 3 hours of cleaning on Wednesday, including change of bath towels; electricity; pets allowed on request.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (€250.00); air conditioning and heating according to consumption. Extra services: massages and beauty treatments, wine tasting, truffle hunting, bird hunting, private chef, horse riding, cooking lessons, dinner with the Chef at the local restaurant.
Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 800.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.

Villa il Piano is located on the gentle hills of Radda in Chianti, where you can find all essential services (shops, post office, restaurants, bank, pharmacy). The wonderful area of Chianti Classico is known worldwide for the prestigious wine to which it gives birth (the typical emblem of the Gallo Nero) and for its evocative sceneries and charming villages which are along the “Via Chiantigiana”, from the nearby Gaiole to Panzano, from Castellina to Greve.
Siena, the splendid medieval city full of tradition and artistic masterpieces, is just 40 minutes away by car.
It is also worth visiting the countryside of Siena: here you will find other medieval gems, of incomparable charm and still remained intact, like Monteriggioni, San Gimignano and San Galgano.
