External Description

Arco Apartment is one of the 4 apartments that make up Villa Conca d'Oro, a beautiful property situated in a panoramic position among the Chianti hills, halfway between Florence and Siena.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa and has a small private garden with private parking and private entrance.
Among the external areas, shared with the other guests, you will find a beautiful pool (6 x 12 m), located at a lower level of the garden, and equipped with some parasols and sunbeds. From here you can admire a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside.
At guests' disposal there are also: a small shared spa (whose use is included in the price), equipped with a hot tub and a sauna; a restaurant, adjacent to the villa although well separate from private spaces. The restaurant is open to all.

Internal description

Arco Apartment is located on the ground floor of Villa Conca d'Oro, can sleep up to 2 people and is completely disabled accessible. It is made up of: a large open-space with living room, kitchen and double access to the private panoramic garden; a double bedroom (with safe box and direct access to the garden); 2 bathrooms (one ensuite with a bathtub and one with shower).
The apartment has provided with Internet Wifi, air conditioning and mosquito screens. Small pets are allowed (on request). There is also 1 baby cot available on request (subject to availability).

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Final cleaning; utilities (water, gas, electricity); welcome basket; use of the spa; house, garden and pool maintenance; mid-week cleaning with change of kitchen and bathroom linen for stays of 7 nights; a complete cleaning with linen change for stays longer than 7 nights.

Excluded from the price: Extra cleaning (€15.00 per hour); extra linen change (€35.00 per bed); heating according to consumption; breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the villa's private restaurant; first shopping service; other extra services on request (tours, tastings, etc.). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 250,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.

Arco Apartment is located in the beautiful Tuscan countryside of Chianti, halfway between Florence and Siena, and just 9,5 km from Greve in Chianti.
The nearest village is Panzano in Chianti (3 km) where you will find typical "trattorias" and restaurants, as well as all basic shops.
The wonderful Chianti area is known worldwide for the prestigious wine to which it gives birth (the typical mark of the Gallo Nero), and for its evocative sceneries and charming villages which are along the “Via Chiantigiana”, from Greve to Gaiole, from Castellina to Radda.
It is also worth visiting the countryside of Siena. Here, in fact, you can admire other medieval gems like San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and San Galgano.
