External Description

Villa Passigli is located in Marina di Massa (Versilia coast), only 700 m from the sea, and close to shops and restaurants. It boasts a large private pine forest (approximately 7000 m2), and a garden with lawn. Within the garden there is a lovely wisteria pergola with a dining table, and a comfortable patio equipped for alfresco meals with barbecue and lounge area.
Among the outdoor spaces you will find a beautiful pool (15 x 3 m, depth 1.20 - 1.70 m), open from May to the end of September, and equipped with sunbeds and deck chairs.
At guests' disposal also an uncovered private parking for 10 cars.

Internal Description

Villa Passigli consists of the main building and 2 dependances, and can accommodate up to 14 people, has 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. Air conditioning is available in 4 bedrooms only. Small pets are allowed on request.

Main building: The main building is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 7 people. On the ground floor you are welcomed by a large open-space living area, furnished with sofas, armchairs, dining table for 12 people, fireplace, tv, and direct access to the patio with barbecue.
Following is a fully equipped kitchen with: stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher. The kitchen leads directly to the garden and the wisteria pergola.
Then you will find a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms (one single and one double), both equipped with air conditioning.
The upper level is dedicated to the sleeping area consisting of a large double bedroom (with air conditioning and access to the terrace) and a twin bedroom.
A bathroom with shower completes the floor.

Dependance 1: Dependance 1 is spread over one single level, on the ground floor, and consists of a double bedroom (with air conditioning) and a bathroom with bathtub.

Dependance 2: Dependance 2 is set on one single level, on the ground floor, and is made up of: a living room with sofa and direct access to the garden, a kitchen (with dining table, stove, washing machine and dishwasher), a double bedroom, a bedroom with 3 single beds, and a bathroom with bathtub.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (400.00€); utilities according to consumption (water, gas, electricity); extra services on request. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 2,000.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

Villa Passigli is located in the Versilia town of Marina di Massa (Ronchi area), just 700 m from the beach, and close to shops and restaurants.
Forte dei Marmi and the other famous seaside resorts of Versilia (such as Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio) are just a few kilometers away.
The Versilia coast – i.e. the great temple of entertainment by night – boasts some exclusive seaside establishments, largely equipped with amenities and services, in order to satisfy every kind of tourist needs.
Lucca (the walled city "of a hundred churches") and Pisa (with its “Leaning Tower”, known all over the world) are less than an hour away by car.
For sports lovers, we sueggst a day-trip to Lake Massaciuccoli where, during spring and summer time, you can practise several sporting activities, including rowing, canoeing and sailing.
