External Description

Villa Varenne is located next to the seafront of Marina di Pietrasanta, in a quiet area together with other villas, nestled in the pine trees and greenery. Completely fenced, this area boasts two private entrances with automatic gates: one on the sea side, and the other on the internal road side.
The villa is surrounded by a garden of approximately 2500 m2, and boasts a private parking area for 4 cars (2 covered and 2 uncovered places).
Among the outdoor spaces you will find a round-shaped pool (about 50 m2), open from June to September, and equipped with sunbeds and trampoline.
Under the patio there is a small barbecue, and a dining table for 10 people, ideal for alfresco lunches/dinners.

Internal Description

Villa Varenne is spread over 2 floors, can accommodate up to 9 people, has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. Small pets are allowed on request.

Ground floor: You will be welcomed by a spacious and bright living area with direct access to the garden, furnished with: sofas, armchairs, fireplace, tv and dining table. Then you will find a large kitchen, equipped with: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee machine.
Also on this floor there are 3 bedrooms (one double, one twin and one single), and a bathroom with shower and double sink.

First floor: The upper floor - that can be reached by climbing some stairs - houses 2 bedrooms (one twin and one double), and a bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Internet Wifi; water consumption; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (400.00€); gas and electricity according to consumption. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1,500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (150.00€) is also requested at check-in (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.

Villa Varenne is located in the renowned seaside resort of Marina di Pietrasanta, along the Versilia coast. Its location is excellent as it is just 100 m from the beach, and only 10 minutes on foot from commercial activities such as restaurants, bars and shops.
The several Versilia seaside resorts (such as those at Marina di Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio) offer a wide range of services for tourists.
In 10 minutes by car you can reach the fascinating Versiliana Park, a natural oasis with 80 hectares of centuries-old wood, varied fauna and vegetation. Every summer the park hosts the historic “La Versiliana Festival”, a cultural event that includes a rich calendar: from music to book presentations, from theatre to dance.
Do not miss Lucca (the walled city "of a hundred churches") and Pisa (with its “Leaning Tower”, known all over the world) which are only half an hour away by car.
