The house is on 3 levels, connected by a beautiful stone staircase.
On the ground floor is the living area, consisting of 2 spacious, elegant living rooms, furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. From one of the living rooms, there’s also access to the beautiful covered outdoor porch, equipped with sofas and armchairs: an oasis of relaxation all year round. The large kitchen is fully equipped and modern, while the nearby dining room stands out for the elegance and refinement of its furnishings. The beautiful 8-seat table can be conveniently extended to seat up to 14 people. Next to the kitchen is also a breakfast room, with seating for 6 along a nice counter. Completing the floor are the laundry and staff quarters, with separate entrances.
The first floor hosts the sleeping area, with 4 double bedrooms, plus an office corner and a living room overlooking the gardens. From the office, there’s access to a large sun terrace with sun loungers, a relaxation area, and a magnificent Jacuzzi. The large bedrooms are all very comfortable and cozy, similarly furnished with queen-size beds, flat-screen TVs, closets, and chests of drawers, all in antique, elegant furniture, each with its own bathroom with a walk-in shower.
